Broster Buchanan is a new recruitment company boasting a very experienced team of directors. To gain traction in the market from the off, the company’s image needed to be design led.

Broster Buchanan approached us to create a logo and corporate identity that would represent it as a professional finance recruitment consultancy and evoke trusting, contemporary emotions for it’s audience of both market leading clients and candidates alike. With a short timeframe, a sizeable pool of work and ambitious goals, The Designery went to task with delivering on all levels.

We started looking at the visually interesting characters in the name, exploring typefaces and experimenting with colour palettes.

The two B’s were very strong characters and we shifted focus on how these characters would interact and align with each other in a manner that would be both legible and artistic whilst inspiring and communicating the brand’s culture of modern day, message led recruitment.

We approached the website design by aligning strong corporate city images with clean definitive lines and typography. A big priority was to have integration between their CRM and the new site with the ability for the BB team to upload and display their vacancies.
