A brand is so much more than just a logo – as Jonny, one of our Directors recently explained in a presentation he made for Get Set For Growth.
There is a lot to be said about brand development and as more communication channels become available, there are even more factors to consider when developing your brand.
Your brand reflects your values – and how you act upon those values at every point of contact.
You can take a look at the slides he presented below, some of the key takeaways were:
Create your values
Understand what you are good at, and what you will deliver as an organisation.
Understand your customers and marketplace
Define and understand your clients needs and concerns – and understand where your clients are and how they will interact with your brand.
Develop a professional logo and supporting elements
Avoid common mistakes and pitfalls – have the vision to be a leader in the marketplace and stand out from the crowd (in a good way!)
Be consistent
All of your brand communications should have a consistent approach and quality – don’t let anything slip through the net that could water down your brands image.
Be agile
Review your values and client base regularly; be prepared to refresh and adapt your brand over time.
